Hi guys welcome back to my channel. Today I am going to share my secret on how to get rid of dark under arms in just 3 simple steps. So let’s get started with the first step which is scrubbing.
For this you need only 2 ingredients which is baking powder & milk. In a bowl take 2 teaspoon milk and add 1 teaspoon baking powder to it. Mix it very well. Make a thick paste. Now to apply this I am going to demonstrate it on the back of my hand but you need to apply this on your underarms. Apply this paste on your underarms and gently massage in circular motion for at least 5 mins. This will help remove dead skin cells, which is one of the main causes of dark underarms. It will also help unclog skin pores. Its natural skin lightening properties reduce the production of melamine which reason behind the discoloration of the skin and provides whiter and shinier finish. It acts as natural deodorant and help to prevent bad odor. The vitamins and fatty acids contained in milk work for getting rid of dark underarms. Milk softens the skin and renders the skin tone lighter. After 5 mins you can wash it off with normal water. Now let’s move on to our next step which is an underarm whitening pack. For this you need Orange peel powder, Yogurt or curd, half a lemon and turmeric powder. Now let me show you how to make it. Take 1 tablespoon yogurt in a clean bowl and add 1 teaspoon orange peel powder, then add ¾ teaspoon of turmeric powder and last but not the least also squeeze in half a lemon into the mixture. Now mix everything very well into a smooth paste. Apply a thick layer of this pack onto your underarms and let it sit for 15 – 20 mins. The best home remedies for underarm whitening must include orange peel. Orange peel is rich in Vitamin C. Orange peel powder can be effectively used to lighten the skin under the arms, thanks to their exfoliating and skin lightening properties. Yogurt is a good remedy for underarm darkening. The vitamins and fatty acids found in yogurt are good for the skin, as they minimize the dark patterns and the skin damage. Turmeric and lemon both have skin lightning properties. All this ingredient together will help to lighten your dark underarms and will also minimize the bad odor. After 20 mins wash it off with normal water and pat it dry.
Now lets move on to the last and final step which is toning your underarms. This step will prevent your underarms from getting darker in the future. For this you need organic apple cider vinegar, rose water, a cotton pad to apply and a clean bottle to store in the tonner. Its very easy to make it, just take a clean bowl and add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and to it add 2 teaspoons of rose water and mix it very well. Transfer this into a clean bottle. Here I am using a spray bottle as its more convenient. So now to use this just spray it onto your underarms and leave it like that and you don’t have to wash it off or alternatively you can even take a cotton pad, spray the tonner into it and wipe your underarms with it. This tonner not only whitens your underarm but also acts as a deodorizer. Apple cider vinegar can help to whiten the armpits with its mild acidic properties and also kills germs and bacteria that feed on dead skin cells causing bad odor. Rose water is a very soothing remedy to remove underarm odor. Applying rose water under your arms will deodorize the area and will give a long lasting effect of rose fragrance throughout the day.
You have to do all these 3 steps together one by one in order to achieve maximum benefits. Do this daily for 7days to see the difference.
