I’m honoured to work on a collab with amazing crafter Makocinnos! We decided to make tutorials on the theme of Sailormoon. SM has a special meaning for me because I owe my entire career to two small trading cards that I found in a shop in China when I was 8. I fell in love with the illustrations and decided right then that I wanted to learn how to draw manga.

For this tutorial I was quite interested in doing some mixed media work with needlefelt. I drew a Crisis Moon compact from scratch which I’m quite proud of because the crystal pattern took ages to get right ! I’m happy for anyone to use this design for free for their personal projects but please credit and (if possible) link back to Maqaroon’s channel. Here are the download links:

If you don’t want to needle felt or find this too difficult, then feel free to do this tutorial with clay! Simply use the same template and trace onto thinly rolled sheets of clay. Instead of using plastic you can also paint the pattern directly onto hardened clay and add sparkle with nail polish. This would make the tutorial easier and faster, and you will still end up with a cute Crisis Moon compact!

Ⅰ. Product to produce
With this line you can make PVC foamed board size 1220x2440mm with thickness 4-25mm (T die) ,The thin board can be use for indoor flooring or advertising board and the thick board can be used for furniture board or construction board .
Ⅱ. Production process
1. Make wood powder from sawdust if you need
2. Mix wood powder, PVC ,additive in mixer
3. Put mixing raw material into extruder with mould
5. Do surface treatment of the board
6. Crush the waste board and reuse
