Generally speaking, suppose the machine produces the products with 0.8~1mm thickness, the producing period is about 60~70 seconds(double moulds per period), and assume 8 products can fit on the mould area, so the capacity for each hour is 8 pieces x double moulds x60minutes=960pieces.We can arrange more than one main machines in a production line to reach your capacity requirement, let’s say 5 or 10 main machines to match a production line, both are workable.Our machine can run 24hours/ day.
