Steps Determining Sizes:
1) Determine what the overlay of your hinge style is
2) Measure the inside opening of your cupboard
3) Add the overlay size for “each” door
4) Divide by two for double door cabinet
5) Subtract one eight of an inch
Illustration:
For a twenty seven inch inside opening, two door cabinet with half inch overlay hinges, the door order sizes would be thirteen and seven eights.
Twenty seven plus one inch (2-1/2″ overlays) is equal to twenty eight. 28 divided by two would be 14-less one eight equals 13-7/8″ cupboard door sizes.
When measuring single door cupboards you still add the overlay and deduct one eight.
