This machine type YC010 has 1100x800mm mould area. And on each side of the mould area, there is a hot-press mould area to dry, press and shape the products. The actual producing speed depends on the size and thickness of the products. Generally speaking, suppose the machine produces the products with 0.8~1mm thickness, the producing period is about 60~70 seconds(double moulds per period), and assume 8 products can fit on the mould area, so the capacity for each hour is 8 pieces x double moulds x60minutes=960pieces.We can arrange more than one main machines in a production line to reach your capacity requirement, let’s say 5 or 10 main machines to match a production line, both are workable.Our machine can run 24hours/ day.
